About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking an exceptional Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet Bostall House. As a Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing specialist assessment and treatment of occupational dysfunction for 6 individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and treatment of occupational dysfunction as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Lead the occupational therapy department and be part of the senior management team
  • Support student education within the team
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice and occupational therapy pathways
  • Contribute to service development and specialist interest groups
