About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking an exceptional Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet Bostall House. As a highly specialist occupational therapist, you will be responsible for providing specialist assessment and treatment of occupational dysfunction for 6 individuals. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, promoting the importance of enabling people to do the things they want, need or are expected to do to support them being well in life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and treatment of occupational dysfunction for 6 individuals
  • Work with a full multidisciplinary team to support each service user develop their skills and move through our clinical model of care from admission to discharge
  • Lead the occupational therapy department and be part of the senior management team
  • Support student education within the team
  • Contribute to the development of evidence-based practice and agreed occupational therapy pathways
