Job Responsibilities
- Organise and administer Executive Committee, Board, subcommittee, and shareholder meetings.
- Coordinate agendas, document packs, and minutes for governance sessions.
- Ensure actions from meetings are tracked and completed efficiently.
- Provide additional support for banking committees, helping to manage key governance tasks and maintain process integrity.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to guarantee governance processes are delivered effectively and on time.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Company Secretary / Paralegal / Administrator, ideally with exposure to governance.
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage high-pressure tasks within tight deadlines.
- Minute taking and action reports.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with corporate governance processes would be highly advantageous.
- Confident communication and collaboration skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
