Main Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical practice, including training and taking on the Responsible Clinician role in practice, for at least 50% of the post.
- Lead in extending boundaries and creating frameworks for the enhancement of nursing within the specialty.
- Contribute to the strategic direction for the development of nursing practice within Community Mental Health services.
- Provide professional leadership and consultancy, including clinical supervision.
- Develop and deliver education, training, and development programs for staff and other agencies.
- Conduct research and evaluation into various aspects of service provision and service evaluation.

Person Specification- First level Registered Nurse.
- Recognised teaching qualification.

- Evidence of experience in therapeutic interventions relevant to the specialty, including nurse prescribing, CBT, DBT, PSI, EFT, NLP, and Family Interventions.
