Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Theatre Nurse/Trainee Advanced Surgical Practitioner. This role will provide an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery.
Main Duties
- Deliver excellent standards of care and provide patient support throughout the peri-operative phase, advocating on behalf of the dependent patient.
- Provide high-quality care alongside theatre teams, ensuring safe patient positioning, maintaining skin integrity, and delivering high standards of surgical assistant support.
- Ensure safe and high-quality preparation and monitoring of the environment, maintenance of equipment, and reporting of incidents.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the multi-disciplinary team, supervising junior colleagues, unregistered staff, and students.
