Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Operations Administrator to join our team based in London. The ideal candidate will have experience in communication networks and be able to work efficiently with a no-nonsense approach.
Key Tasks:
• Quality check hire contracts
• Review hire stock levels to ensure the hire fleet is maintained to a satisfactory level
• Liaise with various couriers to ensure we provide a timely and efficient service
• Manage the weekly/monthly invoice run
• Inventory management by way of regular stock counts
• Receipting goods in
• Preparing customer orders
• Completing sales order quality checks
• Despatch sales orders
About the Role:
We are a growing company taking the market by storm and therefore can offer a challenging and exciting working environment.
