Are you a skilled construction professional looking for a challenging opportunity? We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team based in the East Midlands, covering Nottinghamshire.

Job Overview

We are a leading Building and Civil engineering contractor offering a range of benefits including private healthcare, life insurance, bonus, training, and a salary up to £55k. Our company provides building and civil engineering services to the private and public sectors across the UK, specializing in educational, residential, and industrial markets.

The successful candidate will be working on an exciting residential scheme with extensive groundworks. To succeed in this role, you will have a degree in a construction-related discipline as well as 5 years+ experience in the industry. This is a great opportunity for a Site Engineer to take on new challenges and progress their career.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clear interpretation and communication of construction drawings.
  • Oversee earthworks, drainage, foundations, and substructure works.
  • Develop effective relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Work closely with all other team members to ensure quality and environmental standards are maintained.
  • Take accountability and responsibility for a project from start to finish.
Requirements
  • Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering discipline.
  • Extensive groundworks knowledge.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Show initiative and accountability for a project from start to finish.
  • Company Van.
