Senior Residential Development Manager

About the Job:

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Senior Residential Development Manager to join our team and contribute towards achieving CHP's growth strategy targets.

About the Role:
  • Project manage identified projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to deliver new affordable homes.
Requirements:
  • Good standard of education to GCSE/O level or equivalent.
  • At least one year's experience in residential property development.
  • Experience of project management.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook).
