Our client's developments are located in Essex and comprise a mix of housing and traditional build and RC flatted schemes, making this an ideal opportunity for someone with prior experience in both sectors.

This position requires a skilled Technical Coordinator with a background in the residential development industry or a Design Coordinator working for a new build contractor.

Key qualifications include an architectural or civil engineering degree, as well as experience working on a range of new build residential projects.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Based on the location and industry standards, we estimate the salary range for this position to be between £45,000 and £60,000 per annum.
