We are seeking a highly experienced Project Feasibility Manager to join our team at CVL:LDN, where you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our infrastructure development projects.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager to lead feasibility studies and site surveys, ensuring that works are delivered on time and within budget. You will oversee supervisors involved in planning and designing pipe / cable routes and large-scale customer connections involving deep excavations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Compiling and managing feasibility surveys and reports, including presentations and drawings;
  2. Liaising with clients and relevant authorities regarding working methods and procedures for Special Engineering Difficulties (SEDs) and documenting all information;
  3. Compiling project programmes using MS Project, working closely with Project Planners;
  4. Identifying and providing cost-effective innovations for works;
  5. Working closely with the Estimating department, providing operational and technical guidance with bid preparation for tender programmes.

About You:

  • You have previous utility Project Management experience with good knowledge of methods of construction for deep excavations, NRSWA regulations and Streetwork permitting;
  • You are qualified with NRSWA Supervisor and SMSTS;
  • You are proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages, including MS Project.

Salary Information:

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of £60,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus company car or allowance, fuel card, bonus, pension, and 26 days' holiday + bank holidays.
