About the Position:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and take on a leadership role in residential groundworks procurement. You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, forecasting material needs, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records of purchases and budget adherence.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the purchasing team in procuring high-quality materials and services
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to forecast material needs and anticipate project demands
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of purchases and budget adherence
• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to deliver cost savings and improved quality

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Buyer in residential groundworks or a closely related field
• Strong understanding of materials and logistics for groundwork construction
• Excellent negotiation skills and an eye for cost-effective purchasing
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
