Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our Community Therapies Service in Great Yarmouth. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs, promoting their recovery and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop individualized care plans to meet the needs of service users.
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions, including group work and one-to-one sessions.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.
- Professional registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Experience working in mental health settings, preferably in community-based services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
