Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our Community Therapies Service in Great Yarmouth. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with service users, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and interventions to support service users in achieving their recovery goals
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with service users and their families
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes
- Professional registration with the Health Care Professionals Council
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- Experience working in a mental health setting (desirable)
