Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer with expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions to join our team as a Content Development Lawyer with Corporate Specialism. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing legal content development projects and Knowledge initiatives for our practice and industry groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Knowledge solutions to support the Firm's Knowledge services and strategy.
  • Manage and execute legal content development projects, including current awareness, commercial/industry know-how, and training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Lead Knowledge Lawyers, Senior Manager for Content Development, and other Knowledge Specialists to ensure the creation, collection, and maintenance of Knowledge content follows policy and best practice.
  • Provide legal training and guidance to Content Development Paralegals and Analysts to ensure high-quality output.
  • Support the Knowledge Service Owner for Content Development to deliver excellent Knowledge services and aligned products to lawyers and clients.
Requirements
  • Experience as a practising lawyer with company law experience (Mergers & Acquisitions or Private Equity).
  • Experience as a Professional Support Lawyer/Knowledge Lawyer with a sound understanding of Knowledge Management within a law firm environment.
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results with a sense of urgency in planning and executing work.
  • Good coaching, counselling, business acumen, and overall communication skills.
  • Experience in or willingness to learn document automation and other legal technology.
