Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our client's in-house legal team. As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the business on commercial contracts, commercial litigation, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to the business on commercial contracts, commercial litigation, and corporate governance.
  • Draft and negotiate complex and high-value commercial agreements.
  • Manage and oversee work allocation across the team, making decisions on how to resource work, balancing cost with expertise.
  • Obtain and negotiate budgets with external legal providers for complex capital projects.
  • Foster and build lasting internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of PQE in commercial contracts, commercial litigation, or corporate governance.
  • Strong legal drafting skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of fostering and building lasting internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge of one of the following areas: commercial, corporate, property, commercial litigation, or corporate governance.
