Job Opportunity: New Homes Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Manager to lead our team in the Southampton area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with developer clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term partnership success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building strong relationships with developer clients
  • Recruitment, training, and management of new homes sales staff
  • Delivering high standards of customer care and service on developments of varying sizes
  • Cross-selling services to ensure a seamless client experience

Requirements:
  • Estate Agency experience essential
  • New homes sales experience
  • Strong focus on customer care, service delivery, and relationship management
  • Ability to manage and influence others

What We Offer:
  • Competitive basic salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
  • Uncapped commission scheme
  • Car allowance
