New Homes Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled New Homes Sales Professional to join our client, a leading new homes housebuilder based in Southampton.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling 2 - 5 bed new homes five days a week, including weekends, from the sales office on site.
With previous experience in new homes sales, preferably working directly for a housebuilder or residential developer, you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling new homes to customers
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven track record in new homes sales
