This exciting role as a Skincare Expert Counter Manager involves leading by example, proactively approaching customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide exceptional service. You will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to the wider team and business through offering ideas to help strengthen the team and the business itself.

To succeed in this role, you should be:

  • a real people person with a passion for Skincare and delivering exceptional service">
  • able to motivate yourself and team, supporting your Deputy and Store Manager to coach your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve retail targets and key strategic goals">
  • comfortable stepping up to support your Management team in store, completing product inventory tasks when needed">
  • self-driven, willing to take on new challenges, and enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills">
  • team-oriented, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals">
  • confident in your ability to build trust and loyalty with customers, providing personalized consultations and expert skincare knowledge">
  • willing to attend quarterly team trainings and leadership modules to further develop your skills and progress in your career">
