We're on a mission to revolutionize skincare, and we're looking for a talented Assistant Counter Manager to join our team As a key member of our in-store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of In Store Skincare Specialists, motivating and delegating roles to ensure sales targets are met and high customer service standards are maintained
- Collaborate with the Field Sales & Education team to create innovative ways to improve customer experience and achieve sales targets, including hosting events and new product launches
- Work closely with the retailer and department store staff to build and maintain positive relationships
- Ensure the counter remains stocked at all times and report any concerns to the National Field Sales & Education team immediately
- Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administration to a high standard, including staff rotas and timesheets
