Disability Inclusion Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Inclusion Advisor to join our team at CBM Global. This fixed-term role will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and delivering technical advice on disability inclusion to mainstream organisations and key stakeholders in the UK.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, resources, and promotion of our advisory programme within the wider CBM Global Federation. Our work focuses on empowering people with disabilities in some of the world's poorest communities to access healthcare, education, and a future where they can thrive. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Generating new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Delivering technical advice on disability inclusion to mainstream organisations and key stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of our advisory programme.

**What You'll Need:**

  • Proven experience in disability inclusion, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions to complex challenges.

**Salary:** £47,500 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. **Location:** Cambridge.
