Role Overview

The Disability Inclusion Advisor will be responsible for driving business growth and providing technical advice on disability inclusion to mainstream organisations in the UK. This role contributes to the advisory programme of the CBM Global Federation, ensuring high-quality delivery, adequate resource allocation, and promotion both internally and externally.

  • Contribute to the advisory programme of the CBM Global Federation
Job Details

Location: Cambridge or Edinburgh with a minimum 50% remote work option

Estimated Salary Range: £45,000-£50,000 based on experience

Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (with possible flexibility)

Fixed-term contract of 21 months with potential extension

Technical Requirements

This role demands a strong understanding of disability inclusion, preferably backed by experience in delivering or advising on inclusive education. The successful candidate should be able to develop and deliver high-quality technical advice, drive business growth, and contribute to the global federation's advisory programme.
