Job Details

Job Title: Teaching Assistant Level 3

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to teachers and students in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons
• Provide one-to-one support to students with specific learning needs
• Supervise students during lessons and activities
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to achieve educational goals

Requirements:
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Working Conditions:
• 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Term time plus 5 training days
