Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant role available in a mainstream Primary School in Luton, Bedfordshire.

We are seeking a recent Graduate who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs. As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers to ensure children access the content of lessons effectively.

This temporary role until July 2025 has the potential to lead to permanent employment for strong candidates. The position is term-time only, providing a great work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with children, teachers, and parents. Experience working with children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH, is highly desirable.
