Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SEN Assistant Teacher for a special education needs school in the Luton area. As an inclusive classroom assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs to achieve their full potential.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people with special educational needs. You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting students with special educational needs in a one-to-one or small group setting
  • Developing and implementing individualized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating effectively with teachers and parents

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience
