About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Avocet Recruitment Ltd in Taunton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Support the work coordinator and manager with general administrative duties as required
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have recent experience or a keen interest in working in an office environment within an administrative role. You will also possess a pleasant manner and be able to build good working relationships with colleagues and customers.

You will be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, and will have the ability to learn our company's COINS system. Training will be provided.
