- Regularly review regional performance and progress, ensuring the team achieves results and implements corrective actions as needed.
- Provide strategic direction for critical regional projects, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Anticipate potential challenges and develop innovative solutions that not only address existing issues but also preempt future challenges for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in hospitality, revenue/yield management, or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in English.
- A network with Tourism Boards, Hotel Chains, and travel influencers is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and distribution.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical mindset.
