Cluster Sales Director

This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth across the Malmaison Edinburgh and Malmaison Edinburgh City hotels as a Cluster Sales Manager. Reporting into the General Managers and the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for implementing the Hotels Sales and Marketing plan, ensuring both hotels are represented and actively seeking new opportunities for cross-selling across Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the inquiry process to maximize revenue
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Build strong relationships with guests and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the General Managers and National Sales Director to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Self-motivated and organized with a strong work ethic
- Experience in a similar role or the hotel industry
