Cluster Sales Director

This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales and revenue growth across the Malmaison Edinburgh and Malmaison Edinburgh City hotels. As a Cluster Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates. You will work closely with the General Managers and National Sales Director to ensure that both hotels are represented and that new business opportunities are identified and pursued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage and lead the inquiry process to ensure maximum efficiency
- Develop strong relationships with guests and stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hotel industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in presenting to senior decision-makers
