We are seeking an experienced Service Director to lead our residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities in Banbury, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the service, ensuring high-quality care and support for residents.

This is a permanent position working 37 hours per week. We require previous experience as a Service Manager, with a Level 5 qualification or working towards it. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

The service supports up to 6 residents and is rated "Good" by the CQC. As a Service Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet each resident's emotional, care, social, and cultural needs.
  • Building relationships with parents, carers, and other professionals to strengthen support for residents.
  • Effective budget management and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Overall service accountability, serving as the primary point of contact for third-party organizations and governing bodies.
