Diverse Learning Needs Coordinator

As a Diverse Learning Needs Coordinator, you will be part of a dedicated team that works closely with students, teachers, and parents to ensure each child's unique needs are met. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our students, particularly those with SEN.
Key Responsibilities:
- To plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
- To provide targeted support for SEN students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- To monitor and assess student progress to inform future planning.
Essential Requirements:
- A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEN and strategies to support their learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- Experience as an HLTA or equivalent, ideally within a primary school setting.
