As a Diverse Learning Needs Coordinator, you will be part of a dedicated team that works closely with students, teachers, and parents to ensure each child's unique needs are met. Key Responsibilities:
  • To plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • To provide targeted support for SEN students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • To monitor and assess student progress to inform future planning.

Essential Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEN and strategies to support their learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
  • Experience as an HLTA or equivalent, ideally within a primary school setting.
