Education Support Role:
Join our dynamic team as an Education Support Assistant in our primary school in Banbury. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational journey of our students, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a full-time, permanent contract with higher rates of pay that reflect your valuable contributions and expertise. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Main Tasks:
  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Provide targeted support for SEN students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Monitor and assess student progress to inform future planning.

Required Skills:
  • A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEN and strategies to support their learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
  • Experience as an HLTA or equivalent, ideally within a primary school setting.
