  • Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient facility operation.
  • Work closely with operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and assets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

This role involves working a Panama shift pattern, which includes 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am).
