Contract Role: Contract Electrical Technician Role - Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Overview: Our client is a leading provider in the FMCG market, specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality, sustainable products. They focus on providing fresh, healthy food to the market, with an emphasis on maintaining strong supply chain relationships and environmental responsibility.
Job Description:
- Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, control panels, and other electrical equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
- Working safely is paramount, installing distribution, 3-phase power, cabling, transformers, relays etc.
- Quick response to breakdowns, equipment repair, preventative maintenance, factory start-ups, and technical repairs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- HNC, HND, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with complex electrical systems and machinery.
Terms and Conditions:
- Competitive salary: £25-£26.45 per hour (Inc Hol Pay) PAYE T2P
