Your primary focus will be on assessing insurance cover, organizing and paying for medical treatment, transport, and accommodation, as well as mobilizing a global network of agents and suppliers to provide local solutions, effect repatriations, and medical evacuations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a caring and understanding attitude towards customers, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assess insurance cover and provide guidance to customers
* Organize and pay for medical treatment, transport, and accommodation

**Requirements:**
* Compassionate and understanding attitude towards customers

* Basic DBS and financial background check
