Lead Sales Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Manager for our Clothing & Home department in Enniskillen. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the majority of our colleague population and driving sales, commerciality, and service standards within their store.
Key Responsibilities- Driving a Selling Culture: Utilise your leadership skills to drive a selling culture within the team, focusing on increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
- Raising Performance and Capability: Consistently raise the performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent, ensuring that colleagues have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to inform operational decisions, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to drive business results.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team, working in partnership with the wider team to drive innovation and excellence.
- Customer Service: Energise your team to deliver first-class customer service within a fast-paced environment, ensuring that customers receive an exceptional experience.

- You will be experienced in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
