We are seeking a talented Account Manager to join our team at The Fuel Store in Birmingham. As a key member of our sales and account management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • You will build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • You will analyse business data and provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to inform business decisions.
  • You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt to changes in the oil market.

Requirements:

  • At least three years' experience in account management or retention.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
