Job Description

The Account Manager will play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with our existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth within their accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive account management to maximise sales opportunities and ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction
  • Cultivating and strengthening relationships with clients as their trusted advisor for MRO needs
  • Identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • MRO experience: previous experience working with MRO products or in an MRO-related environment is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport and foster long-term client partnerships
  • Natural inclination to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing accounts
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of circa.£35,000-£40,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits package
