Homes Sales Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Advisor to join our team in the new home sales market. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and local market trends.
- Ensure all visitors are informed about health and safety policies and procedures.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, recording and following up on all leads, and updating prospects via regular analysis forms and CRM system.
- Process reservations and initiate paperwork with efficiency and accuracy to support sales.
- Drive contract and completion progress to meet or exceed set targets.
- Previous experience in sales within the new home building market.
- Possession of a full driving license.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to recognize and respond to key buying signals.
- A positive attitude and self-motivation.
