Avant Homes is a leading housebuilder operating in Scotland, the North East of England, across Yorkshire and the East and West Midlands.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Coordinator to join our West Midlands sales team, based at our new development in Coventry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer experience focused individual to join a fast-paced sales environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Sales Advisors in achieving reservations, presenting and demonstrating our product, show homes and optional extras, and completing customer paperwork in alignment with Group policies and GDPR.

We are looking for someone with strong relationship-building skills, who can listen to customers and understand their needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, hospitality or face-to-face sales, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be required to hold a full UK driving licence and own vehicle, as they will be based at various developments within the West Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Sales Advisors in achieving reservations
  • Presentation and demonstration of our product, show homes and optional extras
  • Completing customer paperwork in alignment with Group policies and GDPR
  • Managing third-party working relationships
  • Active involvement in marketing recommendations, in relation to advertising
  • Providing updates to customers on the progress of their home
  • Building relationships with onsite Construction teams
  • Providing assistance with maintaining the highest possible standard at all times
  • Actively contacting potential customers and sales leads to maximise sales where possible
