Job Overview

Bloor Homes is seeking a skilled Sales Advisor to join our team in the new home sales market. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, local market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure all visitors are aware of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Initiate approaches to prospects, record and follow up on all visitors, and update prospects via regular analysis forms and CRM system.
  • Take reservations and initiate paperwork with speed and accuracy to support sales.
  • Pro-actively progress contracts and completions to meet or exceed set targets.
Essential Skills and Attributes
  • Experience in sales within the new home building market.
  • Fully qualified driver's licence.
  • Proven sales skills and effective negotiation abilities.
  • Able to identify key buying signals.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
