Technical Sales and Account Manager

We are seeking a talented Technical Sales and Account Manager to join our client's fast-growing team in the South-East region.
This company is renowned for its advanced engineering solutions, enabling manufacturers to optimize performance and efficiency across various industries, including aerospace, automotive, and precision engineering.
The Role:
As a Technical Sales and Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing the company's existing customer base while identifying new opportunities across the South-East region. You will work closely with clients to understand their production challenges and deliver bespoke engineering solutions that offer tangible cost-saving benefits.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical engineering background or technical sales experience to step into a high-impact role within a respected global brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, focusing on solution-driven sales.
- Provide technical expertise and demonstrations on a range of engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and post-sales support.
- Regularly visit customers, utilizing your technical expertise.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value and cost-saving potential of the company's products.
Person Criteria:
- A strong engineering background.
- Experience in mechanical engineering, production management, or technical sales, particularly within the manufacturing or CNC machining sectors.
- The ability to interpret engineering drawings and provide technical insight into cost-saving opportunities.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
