Our ServicesWe offer a comprehensive range of services, including:
- Supported Accommodation: Providing a welcoming and flourishing environment for individuals to feel comfortable and develop.
- Outreach Services: Offering specialist support for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women, and young people.
- Casework: Assigning a dedicated support worker to each individual, providing regular 1:1 meetings to address ongoing issues and support a successful transition into independent living.
We are seeking two Support Workers to join our team at Woodlands, a Supported Accommodation Service in Ashington. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily safety and well-being of everyone accessing the service, while also managing a small caseload of individuals requiring regular support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all service users.
- Managing a small caseload of individuals, providing regular 1:1 meetings and support.
- Working collaboratively with the project lead and senior support worker to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
