About the Job

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Woodlands, a Supported Accommodation Service in Ashington. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the daily safety and well-being of our service users. You will also work with a small caseload of individuals, providing regular 1:1 meetings to support them in overcoming ongoing issues and achieving their goals.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. You will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
