AsBuilt Documentation Specialist

The role of AsBuilt Documentation Specialist at OCU Group involves overseeing the collection, organization, and management of asbuilt documentation throughout the construction project lifecycle. This includes coordinating with project engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to obtain asbuilt information and drawings reflecting the final construction layout modifications and installations.
Responsibilities include reviewing and verifying asbuilt drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Additionally, implementing quality control measures to ensure that asbuilt documentation meets established standards and is free from errors, discrepancies, or omissions. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for asbuilt documentation inquiries and coordination efforts between project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, engineering principles, and construction terminology.
- Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing, verifying, and compiling asbuilt drawings and documentation.
