Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Paralegal Support Specialist to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group Careers. As a key member of our private client team, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

About the Role
  • Assist in the preparation of documents and correspondence as directed by the team.
  • Handle telephone enquiries and calls efficiently, providing excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Provide assistance and deal with delegated tasks, working closely with the team to achieve shared goals.
  • Manage files and data, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Essential experience in wills, probate, and private client matters is required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to the role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
