Building Information Management Coordinator

The Building Information Management Coordinator role at OCU Group involves managing the compilation and documentation of asbuilt records for construction projects in the UK. This includes coordinating with project engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to obtain asbuilt information and drawings reflecting the final construction layout modifications and installations.
Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive records of all asbuilt documentation revisions and updates, including version control tracking changes and documenting approvals or authorizations for modifications. The successful candidate will ensure that asbuilt documentation complies with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing construction projects. They will also prepare and submit reports, progress updates, and documentation deliverables as required by project specifications and contractual agreements.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, engineering principles, and construction terminology.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with project teams, stakeholders, and external parties.

Compensation
This role comes with a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
