Job Description:

As a Payables Administration Specialist at George P Johnson Experience Marketing, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department with accounts payable and administration duties. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable Manager with processing payables, monitoring the finance inbox, and reviewing invoices for appropriate documentation. You will also reconcile Credit Card Expenses and perform other ad hoc duties as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience of working in an accounts payable type role previously, with good Excel skills and the ability to learn other relevant IT systems. Strong numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work calmly and methodically under pressure to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Accounts Payable Manager with processing payables
  • Monitor Finance inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
  • Reconcile Credit Card Expenses
