Financial Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Accounting professional to join The Hills Group on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciliations, and providing support to the Management Accountant in producing and maintaining accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain up-to-date cashbook, cash sales ledger, and asset register
* Assist with audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
* AAT Level 4 or qualified by experience
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including vlookups & pivot tables)
