**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Accountant to join our client's team in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. This exciting contract opportunity offers a chance to develop your skills in financial reporting, technical accounting, and financial control.

**Main Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage month-end processes to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting.
  2. Improve financial integrity by implementing effective controls and comparisons.
  3. Apply technical accounting knowledge to balance sheet reconciliations.
  4. Conduct monthly credit card risk reconciliations and produce meaningful commentary.
  5. Account for discount vouchers and related journal entries.
  6. Coordinate card payment gateway activities, including bank statements and reconciliation.

**Key Qualifications and Skills:**
You will need a strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting principles, along with part-qualified status in ACCA or CIMA. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
