Acquisition Integration Specialist
Vitae Financial Recruitment is seeking an accomplished professional to specialize in acquisition integration, supporting the business in establishing new accounting, reporting, and operational requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Corporate Finance to optimize transactions, focusing on accounting and tax aspects to ensure successful integration.
- Develop and implement accounting strategies and policies for new acquisitions, aligning with corporate objectives.
- Prepare completion accounts for new acquisitions, working closely with 3rd party advisors and managing transaction disputes as necessary.
- Monitor transaction fees, tracking actual costs vs budget to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Liaise with 3rd party advisors on post-completion activities, embedding new acquisitions into the business and driving long-term growth.
- Support the implementation of new accounting, reporting, and system requirements, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
- Work with property finance, property teams, and tax advisors to deliver post-completion tax actions and maintain compliance with tax regulations.
- Develop and implement policies for acquired operations, applying corporate governance and internal controls.
The ideal candidate is a skilled professional with ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualifications and significant experience in acquisition integration. This interim role requires immediate availability or a short notice period. Salary Range: 550-650 p/day (Inside IR35)
